Druss movie?

I really want to see a film made about Druss the legend, waylander and the regante series. Does anyone else agree with me?

I do agree with you, I would love to see some of Gemmells books turned into movies but we have been discussing this for so long now i cant see legend ever making it onto the big screen.

What i can see however is perhaps the regante series, or at least one film for a few reason, we could stick to the roots and keep it an entirely or mostly british/scottish cast. the characters would be reletively easy to cast, after all what actor could ever fill druss's shoes? and i feel connovars tale would be very easy for non readers to relate to, The army of stone a lot of people already understand, Maybe im biased but I feel the rigante series encompasses everything that makes us feel good, and legend although a monster of a tale i dont think the film makers could ever ever do it justice without of course making it about 6 hours long and fans especially would be left horrbly disapointed, also rigante series rocks and would make a better film anyway lol.

yea the regante series would be awsome! your right about casting druss though, who could fill them boots. and do it well. i would hate to see it ruined. like what happened to the new dragonball film, ruined! lol. cheers for the import.
